TKM Rule Changes
the TKM class both senior and junior have had a good shake up in the regulations recently, allowing a more relaxed attitude on the karts that can be used.
TKM was created as an 'economy' class to make sure anyone could afford and be able to race without having to re-morgage! But soon enough if you ended up in Super 1 or high end club championships it was starting to cost just as much as much higher end classes! So something had to be done
i for one salute the new regulations for TKM, as it was a class that i spent many years in. it opens the doors to older chassis to be used again hence making it easier and cheaper for a 1st timer karter to get involved. Also the ability to use a much wider of manufactures of karts has made it a lot more intresting, this made the use of bigger axles and many other changable items!
post your thought's!!!!!

Re: TKM Rule Changes
i was re-reading the regulations last night, these were the offical published ones, TKM class has really slackend the reigns on the class, so much of the new regulations would of got you disqualified or even banned in a race a few years ago!!
glad to see the new ideas have worked!
