Sprockets and how they work (on the forum)

Hello all

i have set up a reputation system on the forum. Basically it works like this,

every member starts with a Zero score. if someone helps you out or you think their post is a top tip or an answer to a question you asked then you can give them a sprocket! on the other hand if someone is being rude,threatening of is really wasting your time you can take a sprocket away.

in the post by the person you want to either give or take away a sprocket there is a little plus or minus button, i assume you know which one gives and which one takes away

also, if a member does an outstanding job for you, or really helps you out in any situation and you really want to thank them, then there is a "thanks" button at the top of their post

sprockets earned by buttons are

+ is +1 sprocket
- is -1 sprocket

"thanks" is +3 sprockets

Sprockets is the name i created, this can be changed so if you think of a better name then let me know and i can change it at any time!!
